  • 1:1 Therapies

    There are several options for individual 1:1 therapy available. These include:

    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) : Explores how thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected.

    • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT): Skills to help improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.

    • Radical Open Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (RO-DBT): Enhances social connectedness and helps with symptoms of over control.

    • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT): Target self-criticism with self-kindness and compassion.

    • Eye movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR): A type of therapy used to treat the symptoms of trauma.

    • Psychodynamic Therapy (PT): Helps understanding of current feelings and behaviour are shaped by your past experiences and your unconscious mind.

    • Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA): Focuses on maintaining factors of Anorexia with Smith more adaptive ways of coping.

  • Group Therapy packages

    Another alternative or alongside individual therapy, these are skills development groups, which focus on improving emotional resilience and increasing awareness.

    Group sizes are anywhere between 6-10 people.
